Exhibitor Tables

You can have a 6 foot display table in the middle of all the action at the Conference. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight your products, programs and staff. All you need to bring are standing displays, brochures, handouts, etc. (no electrical or internet available).

Exhibitor tables MUST be purchased by March 14.

Non-profit table: $100

For-profit table: $200

Program Advertisements

Does your company or agency want to be more visible? Then place an ad in our program! Your agency will be recognized by hundreds of direct support workers from all over the state.

Ads must be purchased and submitted by March 7.

Cost

Half-page ad: $100

Full-page ad: $180

Specifications

Size for ads must be Half page: W6 3/4in x H4 1/8in or Full page: W6 3/4in x H8 1/2in. File format must be PDF or TIFF. The ads will be printed in black and white regardless of whether they are submitted in color.
